Helping Active Bodies Move Better, Recover Faster and Stay Injury-Free
I’m Jono – a Level 5 Soft Tissue, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, the highest standard in my field, and a former CrossFit Games athlete. Massage is for everyone and can help athletes with sports-specific injuries as well as the general public with everyday aches and pains by releasing muscle tension, improving mobility and reducing the risk of injury.
I’ve been involved in sport from a young age, competing up to national level, and for the past 16 years CrossFit has been a big part of my life. I’m a CrossFit Level 3 Coach and founder of CrossFit Wadebridge Four Kings. Through my sporting career and experience, I’ve learnt the optimal way the body moves, can be trained and recovers to get the optimum results.

About Jono - Experience Meets Performance
As a Level 5 Soft Tissue, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist trained at the Oxford School of Sports Massage, I specialise in helping people improve movement, reduce tension and recover from injury. Daily movement, or prolonged sedentary positions, can create muscle imbalances and restrictions that affect performance and posture. My goal is to identify these issues and provide effective treatment combined with advice and exercises so you can maintain your results outside the therapy room.
Sports massage, soft tissue and deep tissue techniques can help reduce muscle tension, DOMS, and stress, while improving flexibility, strength, and range of movement – lowering the risk of injury and helping you train smarter.
